What we process, why, and on what legal basis
| Contact form (company, email, number of mixtures, product type, message) | To answer your enquiry and, if you order, to prepare the service. Kept while we deal with your enquiry and up to 12 months after the last contact; invoicing data as long as tax law requires. |

Recipients
Form submissions are received on our own European infrastructure and stored in our own database. Replies are sent by email through our transactional email provider acting as processor. No data is transferred outside the EEA, and none is sold or used for a purpose different from answering you. If your enquiry becomes an order, your data is used to deliver that service — never for unrelated marketing.
Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@ufinotify.com. You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es) — though we would love the chance to fix it first.
Security
Forms are protected against bots and code injection on both client and server; submissions travel encrypted (HTTPS); our tools are designed so that sensitive formula data never leaves your device. We apply the principle of data minimisation everywhere: the best way to protect data is not to collect it.
